شروط الاستخدام
التزامات الإدارة والأستاذ والموظف عند استخدام سجلات المدرسة والرسائل والنقل.
قبول الشروط والتفويض
باستخدام تطبيق محفوظ للمدرسة يوافق صاحب الحساب على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية، ويقر بأنه مخول من المدرسة لأداء مهام دوره. لا يجوز مشاركة الحساب أو استخدام صلاحية لمهمة لا يجيزها الدور.
دقة السجلات
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية إدخال الحضور والدرجات والواجبات والجدول والقرارات الإدارية بدقة ووفق سياسة المدرسة. لا يجوز تغيير سجل طالب أو موظف خارج المهمة المخولة.
الرسائل وسلامة المستخدم
الرسائل نصية وللغرض المدرسي فقط. يمنع المحتوى المسيء أو التهديد أو انتحال الشخصية أو طلب بيانات لا تحتاجها المهمة. يستطيع المشاركون الإبلاغ والحجب ضمن المحادثة. يطلع المشرف المخول على سبب البلاغ ولقطة الرسالة المبلغ عنها فقط، ولا يطالع المحادثة كاملة. يستطيع رفض البلاغ أو تقييد تلك المحادثة المباشرة فقط؛ ولا يعني ذلك حظر الحساب أو تعطيل الميزات الرسمية الأخرى.
النقل المدرسي
تستخدم متابعة الرحلات للغرض التشغيلي المصرح به. لا يجوز نسخ موقع طفل أو نقطة صعوده أو مشاركتها خارج هذا الغرض. تدعم الخدمة رحلتي الذهاب والعودة، ولا يُسلم الطفل في العودة إلا إلى مستلم مخول. يجب تسجيل فشل التسليم وإبلاغ العائلة والمدرسة بدلاً من ترك الطفل من دون مستلم آمن.
الإشعارات
قد تصل إشعارات الرسائل والعمليات المدرسية والنقل، ومنها إشعار رحلة حي متجدد. تعتمد الاستمرارية على اتصال الجهاز وصلاحيات النظام، ولا تحل الإشعارات محل إجراءات الطوارئ أو الاتصال المباشر.
الاستخدام الممنوع
- تجاوز الصلاحيات أو استخراج سجلات جماعية بلا غرض مخول.
- مشاركة بيانات الطلاب أو المواقع أو بيانات الدخول مع غير المخولين.
- تعطيل الخدمة أو استخدامها للإساءة أو المراقبة الشخصية.
توفر الخدمة والتغييرات
قد تتوقف بعض الوظائف للصيانة أو الاتصال أو الإعداد المدرسي. يمكن تحديث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات، ويظهر تاريخ النسخة هنا.

Acceptance and authorization
By using the Mahfooz School app, the account holder agrees to these terms and the privacy policy and confirms that the school has authorized the duties assigned to the role. An account must not be shared or used for a task outside the role's permission.
Record accuracy
The user is responsible for accurately entering attendance, grades, homework, schedules, and administrative decisions under school policy. A student or staff record must not be changed outside an authorized duty.
Messaging and user safety
Messaging is text-only and for school purposes. Abuse, threats, impersonation, or requests for data unnecessary to the duty are prohibited. Conversation participants can report and block within the conversation. An authorized moderator sees only the report reason and reported-message snapshot, not the full conversation. The moderator may dismiss the report or restrict only that direct conversation. This does not ban the account or disable other official features.
School transport
Journey monitoring is used only for authorized operations. A child's location or pickup point must not be copied or shared outside that purpose. The service supports outbound and return journeys. On return, a child is handed over only to an authorized receiver. A failed handoff must be recorded, and the family and school notified, rather than leaving the child without a safe receiver.
Notifications
The app may receive message, school-operation, and transport notifications, including one updating live-journey notification. Delivery depends on connectivity and system permission and does not replace emergency procedure or direct communication.
Prohibited use
- Bypassing permission or extracting bulk records without an authorized purpose.
- Sharing student, location, or sign-in data with unauthorized persons.
- Disrupting the service or using it for abuse or personal surveillance.
Availability and changes
Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, or school configuration. These terms may be updated when the service or requirements change, and the version date is shown here.
