شرح واضح للبيانات اللازمة لربط العائلة بالمدرسة ومتابعة رحلة طفلها بأمان.

نطاق السياسة
تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق محفوظ للعائلة وخدمات المدرسة والنقل المرتبطة بحساب ولي الأمر أو الطالب المخول. لا تنطبق على أي تطبيق قديم أو خدمة مستقلة.
البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق
- عند إنشاء حساب ولي الأمر، يعالج التطبيق الاسم ورقم الهاتف وبيانات الدخول اللازمة لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه وحماية الجلسة.
- عند إنشاء حساب الطالب، يعالج التطبيق اسم الطالب وعمره وجنسه وصفه وشعبته ورقم هاتفه ورمز التسجيل الصادر من المدرسة. لا يجمع التطبيق تاريخ الميلاد. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لإنشاء سجل الطالب وربطه بالمدرسة والصف والشعبة، والتحقق من التسجيل، وتقديم الخدمات المدرسية المصرح بها، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات أو التسويق.
- ينشئ التطبيق معرّف تثبيت عشوائياً، ويعالج رمز الإشعارات ولغة التطبيق لإدارة الجلسات وإرسال الإشعارات وحماية الحساب. لا يجمع التطبيق اسم الجهاز الحقيقي أو معرّف الإعلانات.
- يمكن للمستخدم اختيار رفع صور أو مستندات لتسليم الواجبات أو دعم طلب الإجازة. وقد يتضمن مرفق الإجازة معلومات صحية يقدمها المستخدم طوعاً. تُستخدم هذه المرفقات حصراً لمعالجة الواجب أو طلب الإجازة من الموظفين المخولين في المدرسة.
- بيانات النقل للطفل المرتبط، مثل حالة الاشتراك والسائق والمركبة والرحلة.
- عند اختيار المستخدم تحديد نقطة صعود الطالب، قد يجمع التطبيق موقع الجهاز التقريبي أو الدقيق مرة واحدة لحفظ نقطة الصعود وتشغيل خدمة النقل المدرسي. لا يتتبع تطبيق العائلة موقع ولي الأمر أو الطالب بصورة مستمرة.
- موقع الحافلة الحي وحالة الرحلة والمسافة ووقت الوصول عند توفرها، بما يخص رحلة الطفل المرتبط فقط.
- يعالج التطبيق الرسائل النصية داخل المدرسة فقط، ولا يدعم الرسائل الصوتية. تكون رسائل الطالب دون الثالثة عشرة معطلة حتى يفعّلها ولي الأمر الأساسي، ويستطيع ولي الأمر تعطيلها لاحقاً. ويمكن للمدرسة تعطيل الرسائل كلياً أو تعطيل رسائل الأستاذ والطالب بحسب سياستها.
- عند الإبلاغ عن إساءة، يعالج الخادم سبب البلاغ والملاحظة الاختيارية ولقطة الرسالة المبلغ عنها وهوية المشاركين اللازمة للمراجعة. يستطيع المستخدم أيضاً حجب الطرف المقابل داخل تلك المحادثة. لا يطّلع المشرف على المحادثة كاملة، ويقتصر أثر قرار التقييد على المحادثة المباشرة.
- يعالج التطبيق الإعلانات والطلبات وإشعارات المدرسة والرسائل والنقل. وقد يعرض إشعار رحلة حياً ومتجدداً أثناء الرحلة اعتماداً على حالة الطفل والحافلة.
أغراض الاستخدام
تشغيل الحساب، وإظهار معلومات الأطفال المخولين، وتقديم خدمات المدرسة والنقل، وحماية الجلسة، وإرسال الإشعارات الضرورية، والرد على الدعم وطلبات الخصوصية.
الوصول والمشاركة
يقتصر الوصول بحسب الدور على صاحب الحساب، والمدرسة وموظفيها المخولين، والسائق أثناء رحلة الطفل، ومزودي البنية التقنية اللازمين للتشغيل والحماية. لا ترى العائلة نقاط صعود الأطفال الآخرين ولا تُعرض هذه البيانات للعامة.
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدم بيانات الأطفال أو الموقع للإعلانات.
الاحتفاظ والحماية
تُحتفظ البيانات بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة، والأمان، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وتسوية الطلبات، والالتزامات القانونية المشروعة. تُحذف لقطة الرسالة المبلغ عنها والملاحظة الاختيارية بعد 180 يوماً، وتبقى بيانات قرار محدودة لازمة للتدقيق ومنع إساءة استخدام المراجعة. نستخدم ضوابط وصول بحسب الدور واتصالاً محمياً.
حقوقك
يمكن طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف عبر صفحة حذف بيانات العائلة. يعالج فريق الدعم الطلب يدوياً بعد التحقق من صاحب الحساب، وقد تبقى بعض السجلات لالتزام قانوني أو أمني مشروع.
Who is responsible for the data?

Scope
This policy applies to the Mahfooz Family app and connected school and transport services available to an authorized guardian or student. It does not apply to a previous app or separate service.
Data the app processes
- When a guardian account is created, the app processes the name, phone number, and sign-in data needed to create and verify the account and protect the session.
- When a student account is created, the app processes the student's name, age, gender, grade, section, phone number, and the registration code issued by the school. The app does not collect the student's date of birth. This data is used to create the student record, link it to the school, grade, and section, verify registration, and provide authorized school services. It is not used for advertising or marketing.
- The app creates a random installation identifier and processes the push-notification token and app language to manage sessions, deliver notifications, and protect the account. The app does not collect the device's real name or an advertising identifier.
- A user may choose to upload photos or documents to submit homework or support a leave request. A leave attachment may include health information that the user provides voluntarily. These attachments are used only by authorized school staff to process the homework or leave request.
- Linked-child transport data such as enrollment, driver, vehicle, and journey status.
- When the user chooses to set a student's pickup point, the app may collect the device's approximate or precise location once to save that pickup point and operate the school transport service. The Family app does not continuously track the guardian's or student's location.
- Live bus location, journey status, distance, and estimated arrival when available, limited to the linked child's journey.
- The app processes text messages within the school only and does not support voice messages. Messaging for a student under 13 remains disabled until the primary guardian enables it, and the guardian may disable it later. The school may also disable messaging entirely or disable teacher-student messaging according to its policy.
- When abuse is reported, the server processes the report reason, optional note, a snapshot of the reported message, and participant identities needed for review. A user may also block the other participant within that conversation. The moderator does not view the full conversation, and a restriction decision affects only the direct conversation.
- The app processes announcements, requests, and school, message, and transport notifications. It may display one updating live-journey notification based on the child's and bus's journey state.
Purposes
Operating the account, showing authorized linked-child information, providing school and transport services, securing sessions, delivering necessary notifications, and responding to support and privacy requests.
Authorized access and sharing
Role-based access is limited to the account holder, authorized school staff, the driver while operating the child's journey, and technical providers needed to operate and protect the service. Families do not see other children's pickup points, and those points are not public.
We do not sell personal data or use child or location data for advertising.
Retention and security
Data is kept only as needed for operation, security, misuse prevention, request handling, and legitimate legal obligations. The reported-message snapshot and optional note are deleted after 180 days, while limited decision metadata remains for auditing and prevention of review abuse. We use role-based controls and protected connections.
Your rights
Access, correction, or deletion can be requested through the Family data deletion page. Support handles the request manually after verifying account ownership. Some records may remain where a legitimate legal or security obligation requires it.
