شروط الاستخدام
قواعد واضحة لاستخدام حساب ولي الأمر أو الطالب وخدمات المدرسة والنقل بأمان.
قبول الشروط والأهلية
باستخدام تطبيق محفوظ للعائلة يوافق صاحب الحساب على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. يستخدم ولي الأمر حسابه بنفسه، ويكون استخدام الطالب القاصر تحت إشراف ولي أمره والمدرسة المخولة. لا يجوز استخدام حساب شخص آخر أو مشاركة كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق.
الحساب وربط الطفل
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة والمحافظة على وسائل الدخول. لا يظهر للولي إلا الطفل الذي ثبت ارتباطه به، ولا يجوز محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات طفل أو مدرسة غير مخولين.
الرسائل وسلامة الطفل
الرسائل نصية ومدرسية الغرض. لا يجوز الإساءة أو التهديد أو انتحال الشخصية أو نشر بيانات خاصة بلا حاجة مدرسية. تكون رسائل الطالب دون الثالثة عشرة معطلة حتى يفعّلها ولي الأمر الأساسي، ويستطيع ولي الأمر تعطيلها لاحقاً. يستطيع المستخدم الإبلاغ عن رسالة أو حجب الطرف المقابل داخل المحادثة. وقد تُقيّد المحادثة المباشرة المخالفة من دون تعطيل الحساب أو الخدمات المدرسية الأخرى.
النقل المدرسي
تعرض المتابعة حالة الحافلة والوقت والمسافة التقديريين عند توفر بيانات حية. هذه التقديرات ليست وعداً بموعد ثابت، ويجب اتباع تعليمات المدرسة والسائق وعدم الاعتماد على الشاشة وحدها في قرار سلامة. يحدد ولي الأمر نقطة الصعود ويستطيع الطالب رؤيتها من دون تعديلها. عند رحلة العودة لا يُسلّم الطفل إلا إلى مستلم مخول وفق إجراءات المدرسة، ويُسجل فشل التسليم ويُبلغ الطرفان عند تعذر التسليم الآمن.
الإشعارات
قد يعرض التطبيق إشعارات الرسائل والمدرسة والنقل، ومنها إشعار رحلة حي يتحدث أثناء الرحلة. تعتمد الاستمرارية على اتصال الهاتف وصلاحيات النظام وحالة الجهاز، ولا تحل الإشعارات محل التواصل المباشر عند الطوارئ.
الاستخدام الممنوع
- محاولة تجاوز الصلاحيات أو الوصول إلى بيانات الآخرين.
- إعاقة الخدمة أو إرسال محتوى مسيء أو غير مرتبط بالغرض المدرسي.
- استخدام بيانات الموقع أو المدرسة لمراقبة الآخرين أو الإضرار بهم.
توفر الخدمة والتغييرات
قد تتوقف بعض الوظائف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو الاتصال أو قرار المدرسة. يمكن تحديث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات، ويظهر تاريخ النسخة في هذه الصفحة.

Acceptance and eligibility
By using the Mahfooz Family app, the account holder agrees to these terms and the privacy policy. A guardian uses their own account, and a minor student uses the service under the oversight of their guardian and authorized school. Users must not use another person's account or share a password or verification code.
Account and child linking
Users must provide accurate information and protect sign-in methods. A guardian can see only a child whose relationship has been verified and must not try to access an unauthorized child or school record.
Messaging and child safety
Messaging is text-only and intended for school purposes. Abuse, threats, impersonation, or unnecessary disclosure of private information is prohibited. Messaging for a student under 13 remains disabled until the primary guardian enables it, and the guardian may disable it later. A user can report a message or block the other participant within the conversation. A violating direct conversation may be restricted without disabling the account or other school services.
School transport
Tracking may show bus status and estimated time and distance when live data is available. Estimates are not a guarantee of a fixed arrival time. Users must follow school and driver safety instructions and must not rely on the screen alone for a safety decision. The guardian sets the pickup point; a student may view it but cannot edit it. On a return journey, a child is handed over only to an authorized receiver under school procedures. A failed safe handoff is recorded, and the family and school are notified.
Notifications
The app may display school, message, and transport notifications, including one updating live-journey notification. Delivery depends on connectivity, system permission, and device state. Notifications do not replace direct emergency communication.
Prohibited use
- Bypassing permissions or accessing another person's data.
- Disrupting the service or sending abusive or non-school content.
- Using school or location information to monitor or harm another person.
Availability and changes
Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, or an authorized school decision. These terms may be updated when the service or requirements change, and the version date is shown on this page.
