خطوات واضحة لحماية صاحب الحساب قبل تنفيذ الحذف أو التصحيح.
إرسال طلب موثق
لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق أو أي مفتاح سري. فريق الدعم لن يطلبها بالبريد.
- أرسل رسالة إلى mahfouzapp@gmail.com.
- اذكر اسم صاحب الحساب ورقم الهاتف المسجل والمدرسة المرتبطة لتحديد الحساب فقط.
- نتحقق من الملكية عبر قناة مسجلة أو طريقة مناسبة قبل التنفيذ.
- بعد التحقق، ينفذ الدعم الطلب يدوياً ويبلغ صاحبه بالنتيجة أو يوضح ما تعذر حذفه والسبب.
ما الذي يشمله الطلب؟
يشمل الطلب تعطيل أو حذف وصول حساب العائلة والجلسات ورموز الإشعارات، وحذف أو إزالة تعريف البيانات الشخصية التي تتحكم بها محفوظ عندما يكون ذلك ممكناً. لا يؤدي حذف حساب ولي الأمر تلقائياً إلى حذف السجلات المدرسية الرسمية للطفل التي تديرها المدرسة.
قد تبقى سجلات لازمة لتشغيل المدرسة أو السلامة أو التدقيق أو التزام قانوني مشروع. يقيد الوصول بالغرض والصلاحية، ولا نعد بمدة احتفاظ غير مطبقة.
الوصول أو التصحيح
يمكن استخدام البريد نفسه لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح بدلاً من الحذف، وتطبق خطوة التحقق نفسها.
Submit a verified request
Never send a password, verification code, or secret key. Support will not ask for them by email.

- Provide only the account holder's name, registered phone number, and linked school.
- We verify ownership through a registered channel or another appropriate method.
- After verification, support processes the request manually and reports the result or explains what could not be deleted and why.
What does the request cover?
The request covers disabling or deleting Family-account access, sessions, and push tokens, and deleting or de-identifying personal data controlled by Mahfooz where possible. Deleting a guardian account does not automatically delete the child's official school records managed by the school.
Records needed for school operations, safety, auditing, or a legitimate legal obligation may remain. Access stays restricted by purpose and permission. We do not promise a retention period that has not been implemented.
Access or correction
The same email may be used to request access or correction. The same verification step applies.
