شرح صريح للبيانات الضرورية لتشغيل الرحلة المدرسية وحمايتها.

نطاق هذه السياسة
تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق محفوظ للسائق وعلى استخدام السائق لخدمات الرحلات المدرسية المرتبطة به. لا تنطبق على أي تطبيق قديم أو خدمة مستقلة غير مرتبطة بهذا التطبيق.
البيانات التي نعالجها ولماذا
بيانات الحساب والتعيين
- بيانات حساب السائق اللازمة لتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من الهوية.
- المدرسة والمجموعة والمركبة والرحلات المسندة إلى السائق.
- حالة الجلسة ومعلومات الجهاز الضرورية لأمان الحساب وتشغيله.
الإشعارات
نعالج رمز الإشعارات الخاص بالجهاز لإرسال تحديثات الرحلة الضرورية وفتح الشاشة المرتبطة بالتحديث. لا يُستخدم هذا الرمز للإعلانات.
الموقع أثناء الرحلة
عند بدء رحلة مدرسية نشطة، يعالج التطبيق موقع الهاتف الحي، وقد يستمر بذلك في الخلفية، من أجل بث موقع الحافلة، وتحديد الطريق، وحساب المسافة ووقت الوصول المتوقع، ودعم سلامة سير الرحلة. لا نستخدم موقع السائق للإعلانات ولا نبيعه.
بيانات النقل المحدودة للطلاب
يعرض التطبيق للسائق البيانات اللازمة فقط لتنفيذ الرحلة، مثل اسم الطالب المسجل، ونقطة الصعود، وترتيبه في الرحلة، وحالة الصعود أو عدم الحضور. لا يعرض التطبيق للسائق منازل الطلاب الآخرين على أنها بيانات عامة.
العمل عند انقطاع الاتصال
يحتفظ التطبيق على الجهاز بلقطة محمية ومشفرة من سجل الرحلة لضمان استمرار العمل عند انقطاع الاتصال. قد تتضمن اللقطة اسم الطالب المسجل وإحداثيات نقطة صعوده، إضافة إلى الأحداث المعلقة اللازمة لإكمال الرحلة ومزامنتها عند عودة الاتصال. هذا السجل مخصص لاستمرارية الرحلة وليس للإعلانات أو التتبع التجاري.
المشاركة والوصول المصرح
تُستخدم البيانات ضمن تشغيل خدمة النقل المدرسي، وقد تصل بالقدر الضروري إلى:
- المدرسة وموظفيها المخولين لإدارة الرحلة.
- أفراد العائلة المخولين لمتابعة رحلة طالبهم فقط.
- السائق والجهات التشغيلية المخولة بحسب دور كل منهم.
- مزودي البنية التقنية اللازمين لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.
- جهة قانونية أو أمنية عندما يكون الإفصاح مطلوباً بصورة نظامية.
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشارك الموقع لأغراض إعلانية.
الموقع الحي والاحتفاظ
أثناء الرحلة النشطة يحتفظ الخادم بأحدث صف للموقع الحي لتلك الرحلة، بدلاً من الاحتفاظ بسلسلة كاملة من نقاط البث. يُحذف صف الموقع الحي عند اكتمال الرحلة أو إلغائها.
قد تُحتفظ ببيانات الحساب وسجل الرحلة والنتائج الأخرى بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة، والسلامة، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وتسوية النزاعات، والالتزامات القانونية أو الأمنية. لا نعلن مدة ثابتة موحدة ما لم تُعتمد رسمياً وتُطبق على النظام.
الحماية
نستخدم ضوابط تقنية وتنظيمية للحد من الوصول غير المصرح به، ونقصر الوصول بحسب الدور، ونستخدم اتصالاً محمياً عند انتقال البيانات بين التطبيق وخدماته. لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية تضمن حماية مطلقة، ولذلك نراجع الضوابط ونعالج المخاطر عند ظهورها.
حقوقك وطلباتك
يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك وبياناتك من خلال صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات. نتحقق من صاحب الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب لحماية بيانات السائق. قد يتعذر حذف بعض السجلات فوراً عندما يقتضي الاحتفاظ بها التزام قانوني أو أمني مشروع.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا تغيرت طريقة معالجة البيانات، نحدث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها. وعند وجود تغيير جوهري يؤثر في المستخدم، نعرض إشعاراً مناسباً داخل التطبيق أو عبر قناة الخدمة.

Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Mahfooz Driver app and the driver's use of its connected school-transport services. It does not apply to any previous app or separate service that is unrelated to this app.
Data we process and why
Account and assignment data
- Driver account information needed for sign-in and identity verification.
- The school, group, vehicle, and journeys assigned to the driver.
- Session status and device information needed for account operation and security.
Notifications
We process the device push token to deliver necessary journey updates and open the screen connected to an update. The token is not used for advertising.
Location during a journey
When an active school journey starts, the app processes the phone's live location and may continue doing so in the background. This is used to share the bus location, determine the route, calculate distance and estimated arrival, and support safe journey operations. We do not use driver location for advertising or sell it.
Limited student transport data
The app shows the driver only what is needed to operate the journey, such as the student's recorded name, pickup point, journey order, and boarding or absence outcome. It does not expose other student homes to the driver as public data.
Offline operation
The app keeps a protected, encrypted local journey-journal snapshot so work can continue when connectivity is unavailable. The snapshot may include the student's recorded name and pickup coordinates, together with pending events needed to continue the journey and synchronize it when connectivity returns. This journal supports journey continuity and is not used for advertising or commercial tracking.
Authorized sharing and access
Data is used to operate school transport and may be available, only as needed, to:
- The school and staff authorized to manage the journey.
- Authorized family members following only their student's journey.
- The driver and authorized operational roles according to their duties.
- Technical infrastructure providers needed to operate and protect the service.
- Legal or security authorities when disclosure is lawfully required.
We do not sell personal data or share location for advertising.
Live location and retention
During an active journey, the server keeps the latest live-location row for that journey rather than a full stream of broadcast points. The live-location row is deleted when the journey is completed or cancelled.
Account information, journey records, and other outcomes may be kept to the extent needed for service operations, safety, misuse prevention, dispute handling, and legal or security obligations. We do not publish a single fixed retention period unless it is formally adopted and implemented in the system.
Security
We use technical and organizational controls to reduce unauthorized access, limit access by role, and protect data while it travels between the app and its services. No electronic method can guarantee absolute security, so controls are reviewed and risks are addressed when identified.
Your rights and requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and data through the account and data deletion page. We verify the account owner before acting to protect driver data. Some records may need to be retained where a legitimate legal or security obligation requires it.
Changes to this policy
If our data handling changes, we will update this page and its date. When a material change affects users, we will provide an appropriate notice in the app or through a service channel.
